An enlarged copy of the DTE check was presented to Mayor of the City of Warren, Jim R Fouts, by a DTE representative in the Office of Mayor James Fouts.

“LED streetlights are maintenance-free, energy efficient and brighter making our neighborhoods safer,” stated Mayor James Fouts.
