City of Warren to hold the Annual Outstanding Volunteers Ceremony  

Seventy-Nine Warren residents will be honored at the city-sponsored Annual Outstanding Volunteers Ceremony Wednesday, April 17 at 8 p.m. in the city hall atrium.

The volunteers were nominated by schools, churches, and community and charitable groups.

Warren Mayor James R. Fouts will address the volunteers at the City’s Annual Outstanding Volunteers Ceremony .

“They are the unsung heroes of our city who give their time and energies to worthwhile causes,” Mayor Fouts stated, adding that “Each volunteer will be individually recognized.”

Mayor James R. Fouts has formally recognized 860 volunteers since the City of Warren Outstanding Volunteers Ceremonies began in 2010.
