City of Warren Mayor proclaims January 16 “Joey Lomasney Day”

Warren Mayor Jim Fouts officially declares Thursday, January 16, to be “Joey Lomasney Day”, in honor of Joey Lomasney, a Warren resident and a big supporter, who passed away at the young age of 35.

Joey’s developmental delay did not keep him from a life of complete support of the City of Warren and the Mayor.

He will be greatly missed and Mayor Fouts will always remember his display of love and affection toward Joan Flynn and the Mayor.  He was a wonderful young man from an equally wonderful family!

Warren Mayor Jim Fouts offers his deepest sympathies to Joey’s family and his many friends.
