After 13 year old Noal Schulz’s bicycle was stolen at the city’s Halmich Park this past week, Warren Mayor Jim Fouts sprung to action to provide young Noal with a new bicycle.
City of Warren Mayor Jim Fouts will present Noal with a new bicycle on Tuesday, June 18 at 1 p.m. at the Mayor’s Office.
